In which situations is a certificate of habitability required?<\/h2>\n

There is a difference between the certificate of habitability and the c\u00e9dula de habitabilidad, as the former is a prerequisite for obtaining the latter. Therefore, in order to apply for the c\u00e9dula de habitabilidad, the body or town hall responsible for processing and approval will ask for the corresponding certificate of habitability.<\/p>\n

The conditions of habitability of the dwelling are confirmed by the Town Hall with the issuing of the certificate of habitability or, failing that, it is the Conseller\u00eda de vivienda de la Comunidad that will grant it.
