{"id":14733,"date":"2021-12-16T11:59:20","date_gmt":"2021-12-16T11:59:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vellomonfortarquitectes.com\/stadhuis-van-gandia\/"},"modified":"2026-05-18T09:13:38","modified_gmt":"2026-05-18T09:13:38","slug":"stadhuis-van-gandia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vellomonfortarquitectes.com\/nl\/stadhuis-van-gandia\/","title":{"rendered":"Stadhuis van Gand\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"et_pb_section_0 et_pb_section et_section_regular et_block_section\"><div class=\"et_pb_row_0 et_pb_row et_block_row\"><div class=\"et_pb_column_0 et_pb_column et_pb_column_4_4 et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_0 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p>De stijl van het gebouw is 18e-eeuws neoklassiek, wat te zien is aan de gevel van het <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gandia.es\/aytg\/web_php\/index.php?lang=10\">stadhuis<\/a><\/strong>.<br \/>\nIn 1773 werd het oude stadhuis, dat zich toen in de Pur\u00edsima Straat bevond, met de ondergang bedreigd en daarom werden de kantoren verplaatst naar het <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/vellomonfortarquitectes.com\/nl\/hertogelijk-paleis-gandia\/\">Hertogelijk Paleis<\/a><\/strong>, terwijl het stadhuis werd gebouwd.<\/p>\n<p>Nu kan de stijl worden omschreven als neoklassiek, of beter gezegd, academische stijl, omdat het een gebouw is dat volledig wordt gecontroleerd door de Academie voor Schone Kunsten van Sant Carles, met de architect Vicent Gasc\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>De toenmalige president van de toenmalige Koninklijke Academie van San Carlos in Valencia maakte de plannen en het uiteindelijke project voor het werk.<\/p>\n<h2>Enkele curiositeiten van het gemeentehuis van Gand\u00eda<\/h2>\n<p>De architect stelde \u00e9\u00e9n voorwaarde bij de bouw van het gebouw en dat was dat de stenen uit de steengroeven van Marxuquera moesten komen en de bakstenen uit Villalonga.<\/p>\n<p>Op dat moment werd het werk getaxeerd op 7432 Valenciaanse lire. Op 22 november 1778 werd de opdracht gegeven voor de bouw van het nieuwe stadhuis, dat drie jaar in beslag nam en in 1781 werd ingewijd. <\/p>\n<p>Het stadhuis ligt op het belangrijkste plein van Gandia, op het Pla\u00e7a Major, vlakbij het Paleis, waar het vroeger het centrum van de macht was. Het is een gebouw in radicale neoclassicistische stijl.
